Barbell Snatch Balance
Steps : 1.) Start by holding a barbell with light weight across the back of your shoulders, keeping your feet shoulder width apart and turned out slightly. 2.) Slowly lower yourself by bending your knees slightly then forcefully pushing yourself up so that the bar is overhead and you can drive yourself underneath. 3.) As you continue into a full squat, elevate the barbell overhead and hold for a count. 4.) Return to a standing position then slowly, under control, lower the weight back to the starting position. 5.) Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.

Stability Ball Low Back Stretch
Steps : 1.) Begin by lying prone on an exercise ball and putting your arms on the floor next to both sides while your legs rest on the floor behind you. 2.) Get into a relaxed position then wrap your arms around the ball in a "hugging" position and feel a stretch along your back. 3.) Hold onto this position for a few seconds and then release back to the start.

Barbell Split Jump
Steps : 1.) Start by setting up a barbell with the weight that you would like to perform for this exercise and rest the barbell on your shoulder blades just as if you were to perform a squat. 2.) Place your hands on the bar with a wide grip for stability then lower yourself down towards the ground in a lunge motion. 3.) Bend at the knees and keep your back straight, stabilize the bar on your shoulder blades. 4.) Quickly push through the balls of your feet with enough force to lift yourself up off of the ground then return right back to the lunging squat position. 5.) Steps : 1.) To begin this exercise; start off by taking a kettlebell in each hand. 2.) Clean press the kettlebells to shoulder level and hold onto this position. 3.) Push your body forward by bending at your knees keeping your back and chest straight keeping your front foot pressed to the floor and the back rested upon the knee. 4.) Overhead press the kettlebells in a thrusting motion as you bring your body to the floor. 5.) Hold onto this position for a few seconds squeezing with your shoulders. 6.) Return back to a standing position. 7.) Repeat this exercise for as many repetitions as needed.

Dumbbell Decline One-Arm Fly
Steps : 1.) Start off by laying on an decline bench, with your feet flat on the floor or secured in foot rests, one arm holding a dumbbell and arm extended over your chest. 2.) Keeping your elbow slightly bent, lower the weight down until it is about chest level and hold. 3.) Return back to the starting position and repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.

Broad Jump to Box Jump
The broad jump to box jump is a dynamic exercise that combines explosive lower body strength, coordination, and agility. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointing forward. Bend your knees slightly, hinge at your hips, and keep your back straight. Swing your arms backward to generate momentum. Explode forward with maximum force, extending your hips, knees, and ankles. Swing your arms forward and upward to help propel yourself forward. Land softly on the balls of your feet, bending your knees to absorb the impact. As soon as you land from the broad jump, immediately transition into the box jump. Focus on quickly resetting your body and getting ready for the next explosive movement. From the landing position of the broad jump, quickly drop into a partial squat position, loading your legs for the jump. Swing your arms backward for momentum. Explosively jump upward, driving your hips forward. Bring your knees up towards your chest to ensure clearance over the box. Land softly on the box with both feet, ensuring you're stable and balanced. Stand up fully on the box before stepping down carefully. Ensure the box is stable and won't slip during the exercise. Start with a lower box height and gradually increase it as you become more comfortable and confident with the movement. Grab the handles with an underhand grip and sit down on the exercise ball, keeping your body straight up, and arms extended out towards your sides. 4.) Slowly curl the cables up towards your head, isolating the biceps, and squeeze. 5.) Hold for a count then return back to the starting position. 6.) Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.

Dumbbell Decline Press (Stability Ball)
Steps : 1.) Start by sitting on a stability ball close to a bench with a dumbbell in both hands 2.) Slowly roll down making sure that your shoulders are lower than your hips and your feet are planted firmly on the floor in front of you. 3.) Hook your feet right underneath the bench to give yourself balance and support. 4.) Extend the dumbbells above your chest then slowly lower them down in a bent arm motion so that you have a full extension of your chest. 5.) Return back to the starting position and repeat for as many reps and sets desired. Tips : 1.) Quickly move the feet into a split stance as the barbell is forced above your head, one foot forward and the other behind you, and knees bent as you lock the weight above you. 4.) Continue into a standing position, bringing your feet together and hold for a count. 5.) Return back to the starting position and repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.

Dumbbell Lunge with Bicep Curl Bowling Motion

Start by holding a medicine ball or dumbbell in both hand with your palms facing up at shoulder height. 2.) Steps : 1.) Start by laying with your back flat on the floor and putting your legs on top of an exercise ball, with your calves resting on top. 2.) Place your arms out to your sides, palms down on the ground in a "T" position, then slowly while using your abs, roll over to one direction as far as possible until you feel a stretch in your core. 3.) Return back to the starting position and repeat in the opposite direction. 4.) Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.

Decline Bench Alternating Knee Raise
Steps : 1.) Start by laying with your back flat on a decline bench, head rested upon the highest end and holding onto the pads above your head to stabilize your body. 2.) Keeping your feet and knees together, point your legs straight out in front of you in a plank position, then slowly pull one knee up towards your chest as high as possible until you feel a stretch in your abs. 3.) Then return your knee back to the starting position and repeat with the opposite knee. 4.) Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.

Kneeling Warrior Lunge
The kneeling warrior lunge is a variation of the traditional warrior lunge that is performed from a kneeling position. Perform 2-3 repetitions on each side, gradually increasing the duration of the hold as you become more comfortable with the stretch.

Cable One-Arm Incline Fly (Stability Ball)
Steps : 1.) Start by setting up a handle on a low pulley cable machine and place a stability ball next to the machine. 2.) Grab onto the handle with a neutral, hammer grip, and sit down on the ball. 3.) Slowly walk your feet out in front of you so that your legs are extended out in front of you with knees bent and your back is flat on the middle of the ball. 4.) Raise the handle above your chest as this will be your starting position. 5.) Slowly lower the handle down to your side, feeling a stretch in your chest, just as in a fly and hold for a count. 6.) Return back up to the starting position and squeeze. 7.) Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.

Downward Facing Dog Single-Leg
Steps : 1.) Start off on all fours with your hands placed shoulder width apart and fingers spread. 2.) Lift your hips up in the air, keeping your feet flat on the floor and arms straight. 3.) Press your chest towards the floor and then raise one of your legs high up in the air, still keeping the other foot on the floor and shoulders at level. 4.) Hold onto this position for 5 to 10 breaths and return the leg to starting position. 5.) Repeat this pose with your opposite leg.

Steps : 1.) Begin by sitting on an exercise ball that is placed on top of a stretched band with a grip held in each hand and keeping your feet flat on the floor. 2.)
